Forms

The forms collect your e-mail address and, if you add them, your name, institution or organisation, city, role, the topic you chose and your message, together with the page and language you wrote from.

I use these data only to reply to you and to talk about possible cooperation. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or — if you write on your own behalf about an order — steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR). Without an e-mail address I cannot reply.

I keep the data for no longer than one year from our last contact.

Feedback and error reports

The Feedback button sends your message and, only if you tick the box, technical data: browser, screen size, the page address and recent script errors. I keep reports for no longer than one year.

Notifications in Telegram

When a form or a report arrives, I receive a notification in the Telegram messenger with its content and the contact details you gave, so that I can reply quickly. Telegram is run by Telegram FZ-LLC (Dubai, United Arab Emirates), so these data leave the European Economic Area. The original stays on the server in the European Union.

Server and logs

The site runs on a server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH in the European Union. The server log records the time, the page address, the browser type and the referring page — without your IP address.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Without your consent the site sets no analytics cookies. Your browser keeps only your language choice (cookie s360_lang) and your decision about analytics.

Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, is switched on only after you click “I accept”, without advertising features. Only then are the _ga cookies stored, for no longer than fourteen months, and Google records the pages you view, clicks on buttons and links, form steps (never what you type), language, approximate location and device type. The data stay in Google Analytics for fourteen months. Google may also process them in the USA (Google LLC, EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR and the Polish Electronic Communications Law). You can withdraw it at any time: “Privacy settings” in the footer, then “Reject”.

YouTube films

Films are embedded from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play. Before that, the page does not connect to YouTube. Once you press play, Google's privacy policy applies to the player.

Recipients

Hetzner Online GmbH (server, European Union), Telegram FZ-LLC (notifications, outside the European Economic Area), the e-mail provider when you write to me, and — only with your consent — Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics).

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to zmei116@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
